How We Help

Advice is available on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 10am to 3pm. Please book an appointment. The timetable below is the same list as the programme page, so a session only needs to be updated in one place when this becomes a CMS module.

Testimonials

“Israac helped me regain control of my finances. I was in significant debt with my utility bills. When I contacted Israac, Khalid provided practical advice and patient support. He helped me negotiate with my utility providers and reduce my debt to a manageable level.”

Saynab Yusuf

“Israac supported me through one of the most difficult times in my life. After my husband passed away, I was left to deal with the bills and council tax. Habib from Israac helped me organise my paperwork, contact the right departments, and get the support I was entitled to.”

Anonymous, older resident

“Thanks to Israac, I finally got the help I needed. I spoke with Hinda about an issue with the DWP. She took the time to explain everything clearly, and the matter was resolved within weeks.”

M. Ismail

“I finally got help caring for my mum. My elderly mum needs daily support. Hinda helped me apply for Carer’s Allowance, access respite services, and understand what other help we could get.”

S. Noor

“I didn’t miss another hospital appointment thanks to Israac. I was missing appointments because I didn’t always understand the letters. Israac went through each appointment with me, helped me book transport, and reminded me of follow-ups.”

Community member

“Israac helped me when I was completely lost in the benefits system. My benefits had been stopped after an error in my claim. Hinda went through my paperwork, contacted the DWP, and supported me to appeal. Within weeks my benefits were reinstated.”
